Service Description

Our Adornment Studio is located at 366 Waller Ave, Suite 221, in Lexington, KY. Whether you're coming in solo, bringing a friend, or making a night of it with your favorite people, the Studio is yours to enjoy during your permanent jewelry appointment. Browse 100+ chains, customize your pieces with charms and connectors, get comfortable, and stay awhile. Studio appointments are available for groups of 1–10 guests. This booking is for up to 4 guests. If you have 5-10 guests, please return to the Booking Page and select the 5-10 people option instead. Please select your expected number of guests when booking so we can reserve the appropriate amount of time for you. $25 deposit required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be applied towards the final purchase price, but will be retained by Eternal Adornment in the event of a no-show. At least 1 bracelet must be purchased during your appointment or your deposit will be retained by Eternal Adornment.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit & Cancellation: A $25 deposit required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be applied towards the final purchase price, but will be retained by Eternal Adornment in the event of a no-show. At least 1 bracelet must be purchased during your appointment or your deposit will be retained by Eternal Adornment. Cancellations with 24+ hours notice are eligible for one reschedule, subject to availability. Additional reschedules will incur a $10 inconvenience fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the deposit. Late arrivals may result in the cancelation of your appointment. Guests & Scheduling: Studio appointments are available for 1–10 guests. Please provide an accurate expected guest count when booking, as appointment length is based on group size. If your number changes, please contact us before your appointment so we can determine whether your reserved time can accommodate the change. Groups larger than 10 cannot currently be accommodated. Studio Time: Your booking reserves private appointment time for your group while receiving Eternal Adornment services. Studio appointments are not facility rentals, and the space may not be used independently of our services. Please arrive near your scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce your available appointment time when another booking follows yours. Food, Drinks & Children: Light food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Please contact us in advance regarding alcohol, catering, or larger food setups. Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Delicate equipment, tools, and small jewelry components are present throughout the Studio. Purchases & Jewelry: Jewelry is individually priced based on chain, length, charms, connectors, and other selections. Guests are not required to purchase unless otherwise stated. Permanent jewelry is custom fitted and cut; therefore, all sales are final. Eternal Adornment is not responsible for jewelry that is lost, stretched, broken, damaged, or removed after your appointment. Studio Care: Please treat our furnishings, artwork, displays, equipment, and other property with care. The booking guest is responsible for their group. Significant damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges. By booking and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We can’t wait to have you in the Studio!
