Cancellation Policy

General Booking Policies Reservations & Deposits A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required for Studio appointments and guest-paid mobile bookings. Deposits for hosted, corporate, fundraising, public pop-up, or custom events will be stated in the agreement. Bookings are confirmed once the required deposit is received. Deposits are applied toward the host’s purchase or event balance. Purchase Minimums - Studio appointments for 1–4 guests: one jewelry purchase. - Private Studio Celebrations for 5–10 guests: $175 group purchase. - Mobile sessions for 1–4 guests: $100 combined group purchase. - Mobile private events for 5+ guests: $175 combined group purchase. - Corporate events, fundraisers, and public pop-ups: terms stated in the custom agreement. For guest-paid events, the host is responsible for any difference between actual sales and the minimum. If the minimum is not met, the deposit may be retained. Payment Purchases are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hosted and custom-event payment deadlines will be stated in the agreement. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation. Guest Counts & Scheduling Service time and staffing are based on the expected guest count. Changes must be communicated in advance and may require additional time, staffing, or fees. Late arrival may reduce service time. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for one reschedule, subject to availability. Additional reschedules incur a $10 fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Delays exceeding 15 minutes without notice may shorten the experience or result in cancellation. Travel & Event Conditions Travel within Lexington is included for mobile bookings. Travel outside Lexington may require an additional quoted fee. Mobile hosts must provide a safe, clean, dry, level setup area and a standard electrical outlet. Outdoor events require a weather backup plan. We may discontinue service if conditions are unsafe. Jewelry & Service All sales are final once jewelry has been cut or welded. Clients must approve selections and fit before welding. Free re-welds are available at any Eternal Adornment event when the original chain is intact. We are not responsible for jewelry that is lost, stretched, broken, damaged, or removed. Children must be supervised, and minors require permission from a parent or legal guardian. Booking confirms acceptance of these terms.
