Cancellation Policy

Corporate Event Policies Reservations & Deposit Corporate events are quoted according to guest count, chain selection, service time, staffing, location, and customization. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required unless different terms are stated in the agreement. The date is confirmed once the quote is accepted and the deposit is received. Specialty chains or custom items may require additional nonrefundable payment. Minimum & Payment Corporate experiences begin at a $250 hosted investment unless otherwise quoted. Events are prepaid by the company or sponsoring organization. The final balance and guest count are due seven days before the event. Reductions after that deadline do not reduce the balance, and no refunds are provided for absent or declining participants. The host selects the included chain tier, eligible participants, and any company-funded charms or upgrades. When approved in advance, guests may pay for optional upgrades or purchases beyond the company’s allowance. Guest Counts, Timing & Staffing Service time and staffing are based on the final guest count. Increases, schedule changes, or additional welding stations may require added time or fees. Larger events may require a participant schedule to keep service moving smoothly. Travel & Event Conditions Travel within Lexington is included. Travel outside Lexington will be quoted separately. The host must provide timely venue access and a safe, clean, dry, level setup area with adequate space and a standard electrical outlet. Outdoor events require a covered weather backup. We may discontinue service if conditions are unsafe. Cancellations & Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least seven days before the event. One reschedule is permitted, subject to availability, with the deposit transferred to the new date. Later cancellations, no-shows, or additional reschedules forfeit the deposit and may require a new one. Payments for specialty or custom-ordered items are nonrefundable. Jewelry & Service All sales are final once jewelry has been cut or welded. Participants must approve selections and fit before welding. Clasps are available for guests who prefer removable jewelry. Free re-welds are available at any Eternal Adornment event when the original chain is intact. We are not responsible for jewelry that is lost, stretched, broken, damaged, or removed. Booking and payment confirm acceptance of these terms.
