Service Description

For corporate events, we offer a unique and interactive experience that brings your team together in a fun, memorable way. Whether you're looking to celebrate milestones, enhance team-building efforts, or offer a creative break during conferences, our permanent jewelry station provides a hands-on activity where participants can customize and wear their own lasting piece. We tailor each event to fit your company’s style and needs, ensuring that it’s not only an enjoyable experience but also a lasting reminder of your time together. Book us for your next corporate event and give your team a gift that shines long after the day is over. Adornment Stations are pre-paid by the host prior to the event. Our jewelry artist will reach out within 48 hours of booking to discuss chain and charm options with the host. Adornment station pricing is determined by chain selection and the number of guests expected to be adorned. Charms can be included in the price or as an add-on option paid by employees/ clients. Specialty chains can be ordered by request but may require an additional deposit.


Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments, sessions, and events. Bookings are not confirmed until the required deposit is received. Deposits are applied toward the final balance when minimum purchase requirements are met. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows. Payment Terms Weddings: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. All wedding packages are pre-paid. Adornment Parties & In-Home Sessions: Payment for jewelry is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Minimum purchase requirements apply (outlined below). Minimum Purchase Requirements In-Home Individual Sessions: $100 minimum purchase Adornment Parties: $250 minimum in total jewelry sales Wedding Adornment Stations: Minimum of 8 guests required Morning Of Bridal Party Add-On: Minimum of 4 guests Host Perk (Adornment Parties Only) For Adornment Parties that meet the $250 minimum: Hosts receive a $5 credit per guest chain sold, capped at $50 total which is applied toward the host’s jewelry purchase No cash value and not transferable Not applicable to weddings, individual sessions, corporate events, pop-ups, or fundraisers Travel Travel within Lexington, KY is included for all applicable bookings Travel outside Lexington may incur an additional fee, which will be quoted prior to booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice are eligible for one reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes without prior communication may result in cancellation at Eternal Adornment’s discretion. Deposits remain non-refundable. Jewelry Sales & Refunds All chain and charm sales are final. No returns or refunds are offered once jewelry has been cut or welded. Clients are responsible for approving their selection prior to welding. Chain Replacement & Re-Welds If a chain falls off within 7 days of purchase, one complimentary replacement with the same or similar chain will be provided, subject to availability. Within 90 days, replacement chains are available at 50% off. Free re-welds are offered at any event where Eternal Adornment is present We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if terms are not upheld. Prices, offerings, and policies are subject to change.
